Bond University Gala Dinner

To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Bond University, Encore Event Technologies was briefed to deliver a ‘spectacular event – something unique and not off-the-shelf.’  The client wanted to “bring the University to the GCCEC” and celebrate their significant milestone with past alumni, current students, philanthropists & other guests. The theme of the event was ‘Our Foundation is our Future’.Wide screen technology was utilised to deliver on the brief of ‘bringing Bond University to the GCCEC.’ An oversized set design filled the large arena at GCCEC. A chill out lounge area was provided for those wanting to catch up and network whilst entertainment was booked to excite the crowd and get people up dancing. All styling provided used the university’s corporate colours of blue and gold.
