Encore Studio Packages

Encore Studio is available in two package options - Essential and Advanced - to cater for differing event requirements. Both of these packages include the full service suite of technical equipment and onsite assistance such as green screen, LED walls, background styling elements such as Scenic Panels and more.

The Essential Package offers a comprehensive virtual event studio with a one high definition camera to capture your presentation. Your online event can be streamed using either our live streaming or video conferencing solutions making it a cost effective option for a single presenter. Live streaming allows you to deliver an event in real time to your audience’s desktop PC, tablet or smart phone device. This is a one way stream where your guests can view your presentation live without attending the presenter’s location. Combine this with our stream recording solution and host your stream on-demand. Video conferencing is our virtual meeting solution that lets you have two-way video communication with attendees as well as linking in remote presenters.

Our Advanced Package builds on the Essential by including three high definition cameras to capture multi-shot presentations. This is ideal when there is multiple speakers or demonstrations and movement within the event presentation. The Elite Package also utilises both our live streaming and video conferencing solutions to provide more flexibility as well as interactivity with remote participants. For added set design and branding, this package also offers additional coloured up-lighting and background lighting for a professional set look.
