Exciting job opportunity for a Technical Director on the Gold Coast

We are Australia’s leading and growing event solutions company and we are on the lookout for a Technical Director to join our dedicated team working with premium venue partners on Queensland picturesque Gold Coast.

In this role you will be responsible for the production of events and be instrumental in fostering and developing strong relationships with our sales, creative and operations departments. Essentially, you drive the success and smooth delivery of our live in-person and virtual shows of any size and complexity.

About your role as a Technical Director

  • Experience at a senior level in staging production
  • Understanding of CAD systems;
  • Strong lighting abilities and knowledge of GrandMA (preferred)
  • Experience with Hybrid and Virtual events
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Customer centric and excellent customer service skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Flexible to work after hours and on weekends and to travel
  •  Salary $75,000 plus superannuation
