Amazing opportunity for a Safety Manager in Sydney

We are Australia’s leading event technology company and we are recruiting a Safety Manager to join our team.


Safety at Encore is a team initiative and this role will heavily consult stakeholders across the business to ensure industry best practice and that our processes work for the nature of our business.

The key objective of this role is to foster a safety culture of zero harm protecting employees, contractors and the community from exposure to risk, injury, illness and environmental issues.  You will report safety metrics directly to the leadership team.

You will champion the systems, procedures and behaviours that underpin and reinforce the Encore Event Technologies Group culture. You will lead, direct and be the business expert in all aspects of Work, Health & Safety. You will work across the business to drive continuous improvement whilst maintaining an excellent safety culture across a dynamic work environment.

About your role as our Safety Manager

  • Previous experience and proved success in a Senior Safety role
  • Sound knowledge of Audio Visual / Events would be an advantage
  • Experience in risk assessment and mitigation
  • Excellent planning, organisational, time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Relevant qualifications
