The Opportunity: Event Producer
This is a high-impact sales role suited to a driven, technically savvy professional ready to lead event production sales across Western Australia. Based in Perth, you’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities across the corporate, government, mining, and association sectors.
From initial enquiry through to event delivery, you’ll own the full sales lifecycle—crafting tailored AV and production solutions in collaboration with our in-house technical team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who understands the Perth market, has a strong network, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two events are the same.

Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and secure new event business across corporate, government, and association sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial enquiry through proposal, pitch, and contract close
- Design event production solutions (AV, staging, creative) aligned to client needs and budgets
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure flawless execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and pipeline KPIs
- Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients
- Sales-first mindset – proven track record of prospecting, closing, and growing major event accounts (e.g., corporate, government, mining, association sectors).
- Event Production Expertise – strong technical understanding of AV and event production solutions (audio, vision, lighting, staging, creative production).
- Self-Starter – able to work independently, build pipeline proactively, and manage full event lifecycle from sale through delivery.
- WA Market Knowledge – ideally brings existing client relationships or a strong network within Perth’s corporate, mining, or government sectors.
What we're looking for in our Event Producer
The successful candidate will be a customer focused individual who demonstrates a high level of understanding the clients needs and being able to recommend solutions. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in event sales, production, or AV solutions
- Strong hunter mentality — you thrive on winning new business
- Solid technical understanding of AV, staging, and event production
- Exceptional client-facing and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of Perth’s corporate, mining, and/or government event markets highly regarded
