About your role as our av technician
A truly exciting opportunity to deliver world-class events in Singapore is on offer. Our Singapore team is looking for skilled, creative and professional Technicians to join the team working in-house within a 5 star venue. Av technician key responsibilities
- We believe in safety first. So safe and efficient delivery, installation, operation and removal of audio visual and event staging equipment required to run events of all sizes and complexities
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Provision of 5 star customer service to clients
- Production of technical reports and administration
- Undertake stock take and inventory maintenance
What skills and experience you'll need for this role
- You have a passion for live events
- Minimum 3 years experience working in event production
- Excellent working knowledge of audio visual technologies; candidates with more experience might be considered for a more senior position
- Experienced in using technology in different way to deliver amazing results
- Professional interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Experience in working with high end clients (highly regarded)
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Self motivated and ability to work under pressure
- Genuine team player but the ability to operate autonomously
- Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as required
- The right to work right in Singapore is essential
