I am responsible for the day to day operations and the strategic direction of our NSW venue partnerships.
During my 18 years in the industry I have worked in various roles from Event Technician to Venue Manager. I have managed venues of all shapes in sizes throughout various regions from Melbourne and Sydney to regional markets. Having worked in the company from the ground up, I have a broad knowledge that I attribute to a series of great mentors. This diverse background has provided me with a unique understanding of how to manage and grow our venues in all markets across Australia.
I strive to foster and strengthen our ongoing venue partnerships and aim to tackle all challenges head on, learning from these obstacles to create an even stronger partnership into the future.
I am a strong believer in challenging the status quo, always challenging myself and my team to find ways to improve and make ourselves better tomorrow then we were today. Any team can achieve results, but extraordinary results only come from teams who are inspired, empowered, trusted and work together to execute the plan.
