General Manager

As General Manager for South East Queensland, I am responsible for ensuring our region achieves its business goals, while empowering my team to deliver on every level for our clients and venue partners. In an industry as dynamic as ours, it is crucial that our people are front and center, and that their approach is innovative, flexible and responsive.

Over my 20 year career, I have worked in technical, sales, start up and management roles within some of Queensland’s leading event spaces, including the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Royal ICC/Brisbane Showgrounds and Hilton Brisbane. I am a passionate advocate for Queensland as an event destination, its world-class venues, and talented professionals capable of executing exceptional experiences.

Event services and technology are at the heart of Encore’s business. My passion is building meaningful partnerships that influence and help shape the market. The most rewarding part of my role is working alongside the most experienced creatives and technicians in the industry to bring our clients’ visions to life.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Screen Production from Griffith University.
