The Sales Manager position is responsible for all activity within Crown Melbourne for venue sales. This includes ensuring profitability is increased while establishing and maintaining continuity of sales service excellence.
This role is strategic in driving revenue for the venue and hands on in working closely with the sales team. It includes responsibility for training, coaching and developing team members to promote a more proactive and fully accountable sales approach with their managed and regular user accounts.
